Aunt Laney's Sausage Balls image

My aunt has been making these every year for Christmas as far back as I can remember. They are PERFECT for a quick Christmas Day breakfast or a quick any-time breakfast! Just make the night or a few days before, freeze & then throw into an oven when ready!

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb ground sausage (jimmy dean sausage roll)
2 1/2 c bisquick
2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet & bake until golden brown.
  • 2. **Note that I didn't add a set cooking time. The cooking time depends on how big you roll the balls out; bigger- longer time, smaller- shorter time**
