AUNT ESTHER'S LEMON CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 - pkg white or yellow cake mix
1 - pkg lemon jello
4 - eggs
3/4 - C oil
3/4 - C water
Glaze
rind of 1 lemon finely grated
juice of 2 lemons
2 - C powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Add jello and cake mix together. Mix and bake as directed on cake pkg. When cake is finished baking, poke many holes in top of cake with a toothpick. Mix glaze and pour over warm cake.
