AUNT CAROLYN'S CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL COOKIES image

Yield 4-5 dozen

Number Of Ingredients 12

3/4 cup margarine
1 cup frimly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup water (I use a little less)
1 t vanilla
3 cupus old fashioned oatmeal...I add about 1/2 cup extra
1 cup flour (1-2 T extra)
1 t salt
1/2 t soda
coconut
chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
