Steps:
- Cut asparagus into one inch pieces. Blanch in boiling water for 3 min. or until bright green. Drain immediately. In large bowl, comine the viengar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cilantro and salt. Add the asparagus and toss to combine. To serve, put salad greens onto platter and spoon the dressed asparagus onto the greens and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
