ASIAN POT ROAST image

Yield 6 -10 depends on size of roast

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/4 c. - 1 c. Spicy Garlic Chile Sauce
1/4 c. - 1 c. Black Bean Garlic Sauce
(Both of these are found in the Asian food aisle of most stores)
Pot Roast (any size, cut)

Steps:

  • Roll our enough foil to be able to wrap the roast. Place roast on foil and wrap up sides to make a "bowl". Pour sauces over the roast ... use as little or as much as you want. Finish wrapping the roast in the foil and place on a cookie sheet (to catch any wandering drippings.) Roast in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 or 2 hours, reducing heat to 225 degrees for 1 - 2 hours, depending on the size of your roast. Bring heat up to 425 degrees for last 10 minutes. Serve. We like to serve it over rice.
