ASIAN HONEY BARBECUE FISH image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 can crushed drained pineapple
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup honey
3T Soy Sauce
2T Hoisin Sauce
2T fresh lime juice
2T white wine
2t Grated peeled fresh ginger
1 1/2t cornstarch
2 jalapeño chiles, seeded and chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped finely
4 6oz fish fillets

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 425F combine all ingredients and stir unit well mixed. arrange fillets in single layer in 13x9 glass baking dish. Spoon sauce over fillets. Roast 12 minutes or until fish is opaque
