Asian Drunken Noodles image

Yummy. I top this with my homemade plum sauce. excellent

Number Of Ingredients 14

4 tablespoon(s) black soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) oyster sauce
2 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1 medium onion small dice
4 clove(s) garlic minced
1/2 cup(s) sake
3 tablespoon(s) peanut oil
1/3 pound(s) chicken beef or pork thinly sliced
2 large eggs
16 ounce(s) rice noodles
1 cup(s) fresh thai basil or regular basil minced
1/2 teaspoon(s) white pepper

Steps:

  • Combine black soy, sweet soy, oyster sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar in a bowl and set aside.
  • Place rice noodles in a pot of hot water and let soak for 15 then drain
  • Add peanut oil to pan. Saute the meat until you get a little color on them. Remove with slotted spoon. add onion and garlic and saute until translucent. Add the Sake and scrap up the bottom of pan. Add the meat back in. Make a well in the center and add the beaten eggs and scramble them into the mixture.
  • When eggs and meat are almost cooked add the noodles and sauce . cook until thicken. Add the basil and white pepper
