ARTICHOKE/BRIE SPREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 jars(6oz)artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 pkg(8oz)cream cheese,softened
1 cup mayonaise
2 T chopped green onions
1/2 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t.black pepper
2 pkg(4 1/2 oz) brie cheese cut into small pieces
bread or crackers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl combine chopped artichokes, cream cheese,mayo, green onions,oregano,salt, pepper. Stir in brie. Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 15 to 20 mins or until bubbly. Serve with bread or crackers.
