Artichoke Crab Cakes image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound pound fresh jumbo lump crabmeat, drained and picked
1 jar 6 oz. jar quartered, marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup fine, dried breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Shape mixture into 8 patties.
