1 6ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
2 tsp capers
2 tsps mayonnaise
2 tbls sour cream
1 tblss grated Parmesan
1 tsp lemon juice

Steps:

  • In small bowl, combine artichoke hearts, capers, mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese and lemon juice; serve with Fried Cheese Ravioli
