ARTICHOKE BLUE CHEESE FETTUCCINE image

1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
1 (4 oz.) can water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Steps:

  • Cook fettuccine acorrding to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, saute artichokes and mushrooms until tender. Stir in Alfredo sauce; heat through. Drain fettuccine; toss with artichoke mixture. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
