Artichoke and Crab Dip image

If pressed for time, cook in a crock pot.

Number Of Ingredients 11

8 oz cream cheese
1 c mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can(s) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 1/2 c crabmeat, chopped
or
1 pkg imitation crabmeat (8 oz), chopped
3/4 c fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 c green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp lemon zest
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  • 2. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • 3. Add garlic, artichokes, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, green onions and lemon zest. Stir well.
  • 4. Spoon mixture into pie plate and bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.
  • 5. Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
