Arkansas Cole Slaw image

This recipe was given to me from a friend of mine who owned his own restaurant in Arkansas, I modified it to my likings, it is to die for!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pkg cole slaw mix
2 fiji apples
1 pkg cole slaw dry seasoning mix
1/2 c hellman's mayonaise

Steps:

  • 1. Put Cole slaw mix in large bowl
  • 2. Chop apples in food processor until they are in small pieces
  • 3. Sprinkle dry Cole slaw seasoning in the slaw
  • 4. Add mayo and mix together
  • 5. I usually use only about 1/2 cup, the apples will make their own juice and add liquid the longer it sits. Chill & Serve
