Got this recipe years ago from my friend, Margie. Not sure why it's called Arizona Potatoes. But I do know that it has become a staple at all of our parties. Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lb pkg hash brown potatoes
16 oz sour cream
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 c chopped onions
1 stick melted butter
2 c crushed corn flakes

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, soup, cheese and onions.
  • 2. Add the potatoes and mix well.
  • 3. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
  • 4. Before baking, combine the corn flakes and melted butter. Spread over the top of the potatoes.
  • 5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.
