Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 375 F.. Cut a 9-inch circle from puff pastry sheet. Prick with a fork. Bake on a cookie sheet until golden,14-20 minutes. Let cool. Spread 4 tablespoons of apricot preserves over baked pastry.
- 2. Arrange fresh sliced peaches on top. From the outside rim to the center.
- 3. Combine remaining apricot preserves and the hot water in a saucepan over medium heat, for 3 minutes, to make a glaze. Brush on peaches.....and enjoy! Be sure to take a picture! It is so pretty...and delicious!
