Steps:
- Make sauce by combining all ingredients in a medium saucepan over med/low heat, covered.
- Stir occasionally until sauce begins to boil, then simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Watch sauce closely to make sure it doesn't boil over.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub each fillet with olive oil. Add a light sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Grill salmon until fish is flaky. Serve with a side cup of the honey sauce or pour directly onto the fillet.
