Steps:
- combine dressing in small bowl. peel and cut apples into slices. slice onion thinly. slice red bell pepper into sticks. cut zucchini with skin on into thin slices. Now take half of dressing and pour in half of bowl, add apples, zucchini and pepper and pour rest of dressing on top. mix well and garnish with some whole basil leaves or lemon wedges. cover tightly and chill for atleast a half hour.
