1 pkg. (2-layer size) spice cake mix
1 baked apple pie (8 inch)
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (about 3 cups), thawed
1 tsp. apple pie spice

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour 2/3 of the batter into 9-inch springform pan. Remove pie from pie pan; place pie, top side up, in batter in springform pan. Press lightly onto top of pie to partially submerge pie in batter; cover pie with remaining batter.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in COOL WHIP and pie spice.
  • Run knife around rim of pan to loosen dessert; cool before removing rim. Transfer dessert to plate; frost with cream cheese mixture.
