Apple Pie Liqueur image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 quart apple juice
1 tablespoon apple pie spice
1 cup honey
3 cups Everclear alcohol

Steps:

  • In 2-quart pan, put apple juice and warm (do not boil).
  • Add apple pie spice, and honey, mix well.
  • Add everclear and divide into bottles, cap and let age 1 month.
  • Serve cold or hot.
