Apple Pie in a Pita image

A quick & yummy way to get a healthy breakfast in. Made this on a whim one morning when I was craving apples.

1 pita pocket
1 green apple, diced
1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice
1/8 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Steps:

  • Smear peanut butter inside pita pockets.
  • Sprinkle with apple pie spice and sugar.
  • Add diced apples. Feel free to add more or less of the ingredients, to accomodate your taste.
