Apple Cranberry & Pecan Stuffing image

This is a easy & yummy stuffing that goes great with any turkey on the big day. I always make sure I buy an extra apple cause as I am cooking for a big meal or party I like to have a snack.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1-1/2 cup(s) apple juice
2 tablespoon(s) butter, room temperature
1 package(s) stove top stuffing chicken mix
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 cup(s) cranberries
1/4 cup(s) pecans, toasted & chopped

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan bring the apple juice & butter to a boil over high heat.
  • Next add in the stuffing mix & fruit mixing lightly. Cover the pan & remove from the heat.
  • Let stand for about 5 mins. Then stir in the nuts.
