Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Place the yeast, sugar and water in a bowl and mix to combine. Set aside in a warm place for 5 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface. Place the yeast mixture, flour, oil, salt apple, and pear in a bowl and mix until a dough forms. Turn out and knead on a lightly floured surface for 3-5 minutes or until a smooth dough forms. If the dough becomes sticky, add a little extra flour to the dough as you knead it. Knead the gorgonzola into the dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and the bread is cooked through. Serve with the extra gorgonzola.
