APPETIZER DRUMSTICKS image

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 Lbs of chicken drummettes or small wings
1 C soy sauce
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C butter
1 tsp dry mustard
3/4 C water

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients and heat until sugar and butter are melted. Pour over chicken pieces in large baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before baking, turning occasionally. Bake in the marinade for 45 minutes.
