Anyday Holiday Coffee image

I made this one morning and enjoyed it so much I just had to share. It's very simple and diabetic friendly. I have a single cup brewer that I love but you may make a big pot full and serve as many as you like by simple multiplying the amounts. Time given is for a single cup coffee maker.

Number Of Ingredients 5

10 ounce(s) fresh brewed coffee
1 - 3 inch cinnamon stick
4 - drops peppermint extract (you might want to start with less and add if you like)
- splenda sugar substitute
- fat-free evaporated milk (optional)

Steps:

  • Brew the coffee.
  • Drop the cinnamon stick into the cup.
  • Add coffee, peppermint extract and Splenda.
  • Add milk if using. Stir and enjoy.
