This is another Vintage Picture of a recipe I made many years ago, but it is still tasty & always a hit when ever they are served. Big & little kids alike love these little tasty gems. Number Of Ingredients 6

8-10 stalk(s) celery, cut into 3 inch portions
1 1/2 c peanut butter
1 c raisins or dried cranberries or more as desired
kale, leaf lettuce or parsley for garnish
fruit cup for center
1 large 18 inch party platter or tray

Steps:

  • 1. Wash celery and cut into 3 inch portions. String celery if desired.
  • 2. Line large platter on bottom with leaf lettuce, kale or parsley as desired.
  • 3. Spoon and fill each celery portion with room temperature peanut Butter, arranged in a spiraled fashioned. NOTE: YOU MAY ALSO USE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE INSTEAD OF PEANUT BUTTER, OR USE BOTH AS DESIRED.
  • 4. Top each celery stick with as few as 3-4 raisins or as many as desired. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Great at a kids party and adults love them too.
