1lb new potatoes, quatered
yellow tomatoes
red tomatoes
red onion
Creamy vinaigrette
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2TBS dijon mustard
2 TBS dry vermouth
2 egg yolks
salt & pepper to taste
add:
1 1/3 cups olive oil in a stream

Steps:

  • Boil potatoes, Steam green beans toss all together with vinaigrette
