Anne's Roasted Potato Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 units yukon gold potatoes
4 units onion
4 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
1 sticks butter
1 units salt
1 units flavor cooking spray

Steps:

  • Spray the inside of a 9 x 13 dish with the butter flavor spray.
  • Layer 1/2 of the potatoes and 1/2 of the onions in the dish. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. of the beef bouillon granules and dot with butter; repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve immediately.
