This is a seasonal soup the Anise is hard to find out of season. But this recipe is a keeper

Steps:
- Mix the milk & chicken stock and white pepper. Place them in a stock pot and simmer until it starts to boil. reduce the heat and add the remaining Ingredients except the roux. Add the roux a little at a time, until you reach the texture you want. Enjoy
- A roux is equal amounts of flour and Margarine cooked to remove the starch
