Beautiful and festive, these little Angel Kiss cookies will be a lucious treat during the holidays!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with either parchment paper or a silpat baking mat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, cream of tartar, and a dash of salt. Beat until fluffy and soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat till the mixture is stiff and glossy.
- Pipe meringues onto sheet, using a pastry bag and star tip.(I used a zip-top bag with the corner snipped about 1/2-inch. Next time I'm going to use a star-tip because I think it will be a more beautiful cookie!)
- Bake for 1 ½ hours.
- Turn oven off, remove meringues and dust with gold glitter; they will still be slightly tacky, so glitter should stick.
- Return to turned-off oven, and leave them there till they are completely cool, 3 hours or more.
