Steps:
- Line two cookie tins with parchment baking paper. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks. Add sugar and cream of tartar. Beat until whites are stiff. Drop cookies (about a tablespoon full in size) on baking tins. Bake until cookies are firm and dry. Either store in airtight container or leave in oven (turned off) until used.
