2 T. ancho chile powder
2 T instant expresso powder
2 T. dark brown sugar
1 T. grnd coriander
1.5 tsp dried oregano
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp grnd black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • mix all ingredients in small bowl. (Can be made 1 week ahead. Cover and store at room temperature.)
