Steps:
- Day 1 & 2: Do nothing Day 3: Stir with wooden spoon Day 4 & 5: Do nothing Day 6: Add 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, and 1 cup sugar. Stir with wooden spoon and put into larger container. Day 7: Do nothing Day 8: Stir with wooden spoon Day 9: Do nothing Day 10: Add 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, and 1 cup sugar. Stir with wooden spoon. Take out 3 one cup starters. Give 2 to friends with recipe. Then add 1 cup oil, 1/2 cup milk, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla to remaining batter. Mix with a wooden spoon. In a separate bowl mix: 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 large box instant vanilla pudding, 2 Tbsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda (1 cup chopped nuts optional). Add dry ingredients to th liquid gradually while stirring. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar into 2 large well oiled loaf pans. Pour mixture into pans. Sprinkle additional cinnamon sugar on top of mixture. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Variations: 3 cups diced apples & 1 cup nuts 1 cup dried craising, 1 tsp orange zest & 1 cup pecans 1 cup pineapple drained, 1 cup pecans & pistachio pudding lemon pudding, 1/4 cup poppy seeds, lemon zest and no cinnamon 3/4 cup white chocolate chips, 3/4 cups macadamia nuts, cheesecake pudding
