Amazing Artichoke Dip image

A dip that is thicker and richer, and adds a zing of flavor! A Family favorite!!

Number Of Ingredients 9

8 oz cream cheese, warmed & soften
1/3 c sour cream
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 c spinach, chopped (fresh, frozen or cooked)
2 can(s) or jars of non-marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
garlic salt
chili powder
1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
for dipping: carrot sticks, crackers, chips, red bell peppers

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a baking dish, and sprinkle on a bit more mozzarella. Broil until the cheese is brown. ENJOY!!
