We've been making these muffins daily since we opened back in 1987. The recipe is a combination of our favorites from home. We bake at least 30 dozen muffins for the shop every morning.-Anne Maher, Rockland, Maine

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs; add oil, milk and vanilla. Mix well; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.
