2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled,seeded and diced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients and chill until serving.
  • Serve on a lettuce cup.
