Steps:
- Preheat oven 325 degrees. Butter and flour tube pan and set aside. Mix cream, butter and sugar together then add sour cream. Sift flour and baking soda together then add the creamed mixture. Beat eggs in one at a time. Stir in extract. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 mins. Cool cake then unmold and cool again on rack. For frosting, cream the butter in a large bowl. Slowly beat in sugar for bout 2 mins until smooth and creamy and sweetened to your liking. Stir in almond extract. Frost immediately, cover and store in fridge.
