This recipe is always a hit! I usually take it to work when we have a pot-luck luncheon for a dessert. I hope you enjoy it as much as my co-workers and friends do!

- 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325. GREASE 9 X 10" SPRINGFORM PAN. IN A LARGE BOWL, BLEND ALL CRUST INGREDIENTS AT LOW SPEED UNTIL DOUGH FORMS. CHILL. DIVIDE IN HALF. SPREAD HALF INTO BOTTOM OF PAN.
- 2. IN SMALL BOWL, BLEND ALL FILLING INGREDIENTS. SPREAD OVER CRUST TO WITHIN 1/2" OF PAN SIDES.
- 3. BETWEEN WAXED PAPER, PRESS REMAINING DOUGH TO A 9-10" CIRCLE. REMOVE TOP LAYER OF WAXED PAPER PLACING DOUGH OVER FILLING. PRESS INTO PLACE, REMOVING OTHER PICE OF PAPER. BAKE AT 325 FOR 55-65 MINUTES, UNTIL LIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN. COOL 15 MINUTES AND REMOVE FROM PAN.
