- In small bowl, whisk together eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. Place almonds in separate bowl. Dredge haddock in egg mixture; shake off excess. Dredge in almonds. Bake goujons (fish strips) on parchment-lined baking sheet in 400°F/200°C oven until fish flakes easily, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges, if desired. Meanwhile, for remoulade, whisk together mayonnaise, horseradish, tarragon, lemon juice and cornichons. Serve with goujons.
