Almond Bark Candy image

This recipe came from another nurse friend. I worked with Sheryl at Monroe Surgical Hospital. This candy is one that we make every Christmas.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 c chunky peanut butter
3 c rice krispies
1 pkg vanilla almond bark
2 c roasted peanuts, chopped
2 c miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • 1. Melt almond bark in top of a double boiler.
  • 2. Stir in the peanut butter.
  • 3. Combine peanuts, rice krispies, and miniature marshmallows in a large container.
  • 4. Pour melted almond bark over these ingredients.
  • 5. Spoon by tablespoons onto wax paper.
