3/4cup sour cream
1/4cup mayo
2Tbsp lemon zest
3Tbsp chopped red onion
2Tbsp lemon juice
1Tbsp+1tsp drained capers
2tsp fresh tarragon(don't like)
1/2tsp onion powder(NB)
1/2tsp sugar
1/4tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Needs at least 2 hours chilling Just blanch the asparagus and put in iced water asap
