This recipe is delicious ~ the pepper is soft, and the mixture inside is so tasty. Tip: If you use a smaller pepper than the one pictured here (which was so huge and funny-looking I just had to try it), you will probably have enough filling for a second pepper. Made this for company recently and it was a hit!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 450. Add turkey to olive oil in skillet and saute over medium heat. Add onion and stir frequently till turkey is brown. Season with basil and garlic powder.
- 2. Add tomato sauce to skillet, stir it all up, and let simmer for a few minutes.
- 3. Add spinach to the skillet, and stir until wilted.
- 4. Cut the tops off the bell pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds. Arrange pepper halves on a baking sheet or pan. Divide the turkey-spinach mixture between the pepper halves.
- 5. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
