Alabama White Barbecue Sauce image

1 cup mayonnaise
10 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish (optional)
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and whisk until smooth. Serve with barbecued chicken, or as a dip for grilled vegetables.
