Air-Fryer Okra with Smoked Paprika image

Smoked paprika gives this air-fryer okra even more roasty oomph. When you want to cook okra without frying it, roast it with lemon juice for a lighter version. -Lee Evans, Queen Creek, Arizona

1 pound fresh okra pods
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°. Toss together all ingredients. Place okra on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until tender and lightly browned, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
