Air Fryer Essentials: Cajun Shrimp image

I love shrimp, and I love how the air fryer makes them so yummy. This is a simple recipe that I like to make into shrimp tacos; however, they are wonderful over some nice long-grain white rice. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

6 - 8 - jumbo shrimp, raw
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil, extra virgin
1 teaspoon(s) old bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon(s) sweet paprika
1 pinch(es) cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • PREP/PREPARE
  • Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).
  • Remove the shells from the shrimp, and pat dry on a paper towel.
  • Dip the shrimp into the olive oil, shake off the excess, dust them with the old bay seasoning, paprika, and cayenne, and then put them into the air fryer basket.
  • Chef's Tip: Just sprinkle the shrimp with the spices, do not go too heavy.
  • Set the air fryer to 400f (205c), and cook for six minutes.
  • PLATE/PRESENT
  • I like to make shrimp tacos, but they work great over some nice long-grained white rice. Enjoy.
