1-2 lbs acorns
water
sea salt
optional :maple syrup
blue berries

Steps:

  • boil acorns in hot water and then once skin is soft peel off of acorn. roast acorns in oven over 375. then grind acorns into a corse flour. add water and sea salt. to to make a mush. mold mush into a paddy, a small cake. grill over a fire it the best taste. to sweeten the cakes top with maple syrup mixed with blue berries
