Buttermilk 1 cup or 2 TBSP
OR
PLAIN YOGURT 1 cup (235G)
3 TBS Butter
1 TSP Nutmeg
3 TSP Cinnamon
3 TBSP Sugar, preferably brown
1/2 TSP Salt
2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1 TBSP Yeast
3/4 cups (100G) Raisins soaked in hot water, then dusted with flour.
1/2 cup (45G) Toasted Pecans

Steps:

  • All all in this order except raisins and nuts, which should be added at the end of the knead cycle.
