More comfort food from Grandma. This one is super easy. Just layer the items in a casserole dish or pan, pop in oven and its ready in an hour. You can make ahead and freeze these or stor in frig for up to 24 hours before baking.

Steps:
- 1. Place all in a large casserole dish, in layers, in order given. Form raw beef into a patty to fit the bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. Slice potatoes thinly on top of meat. Add salt and pepper to potato layer, if desired. Next add thinly sliced onions. Pour frozen peas on top of onions. Next add sliced carrots. Slice bell pepper on top of carrots.
- 3. Last layer makes the sauce. Mix canned soup with water. Pour over casserole. Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
