7-CUP SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg (3 oz) lime jello
1 t sugar
1 lg (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 sm bottle (8 oz) 7-up
1 sm can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 c hot water
1 t vanilla
5/8 c chopped pecans (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve jello in hot water. 2. Add sugar, vanilla, cream cheese, and 7-up. 3. Put in blender and mix well. 4. Add pineapple and pecans. 5. Pour into 9" square pan. Chill until firm. Mom usually doubled this recipe and put in 9x13" pan.
