4-HOUR STEW image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 pounds stew beef
1 small onion
2 stalks celery
6 carrots
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons tapioca
1 12 ounce can tomato juice or 1 can diced tomatoes

Steps:

  • Place meat on bottom of 9x13 pan (do not brown). Add onion, celery, and carrots. Sprinkle sugar, salt, and tapioca over top. Pour tomato juice over all. Cover and bake 4 hours at 250.. DO NOT PEAK. Serve over noodles.
