3-layer Pumpkin Dump Cake image

How to make 3-layer Pumpkin Dump Cake

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 can (15 ounces) Libby's pumpkin puree
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
4 Eggland's Best eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon McCormick nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
pinch of cloves
1 teaspoon Morton salt
1/2-ish box yellow cake mix (if you'd like a more cake-like con-
sistency, use more up to full box.
1 c chopped pecans
1 c Kerrygold butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a lg bowl, beat together pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar & spices until well combined. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle top with cake mix. Sprinkle with pecans. Pour melted butter over top. Bake 60-70 mins til top is lightly browned & custard is set.
  • Serve warm or cold with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Store in frig.
